Connecting Instagram

Connect your Instagram account to schedule and post videos directly from VDClip.

Connection Requirements

  • Instagram Business or Creator account
  • Facebook account linked to Instagram
  • Admin access to Facebook Page (if using Business account)

Connection Steps

Follow these steps to connect your Instagram account:

  1. Go to Calendar → Social Accounts
  2. Click “Connect Instagram”
  3. You’ll be redirected to Facebook (Instagram uses Facebook authentication)
  4. Select the Facebook account linked to your Instagram
  5. Choose the Instagram account to connect
  6. Grant necessary permissions
  7. Confirm connection

Important: Instagram requires a Business or Creator account for scheduling features. Personal accounts have limited functionality.

Posting Issues

Common Error: “Token Expired” - This means you need to reconnect your Instagram account. Go to Social Accounts and click “Reconnect”.
