Billing Overview

Manage your subscription, view your current plan details, and access all billing-related information from one central location.

Your Current Plan

Your active plan is displayed prominently at the top of the billing page. Here you can see:

  • Current Balance: Your available credits and total credits for the current cycle
  • Credits for Next Cycle: Credits that will be available when your subscription renews
  • Packages: Number of active packages
  • Templates: Your template usage (used/available)
  • Linked Accounts: Social media accounts connected (used/available)

Plan Resources

The Resources section shows all features included in your current plan:

  • Processing Credits: Annual allocation of processing credits
  • Templates: Number of templates you can create and use
  • Media Posting Scheduler: Schedule and manage your social media posts
  • Social Media Account Connections: Maximum number of social accounts you can connect
  • ⏱️ Additional Features: Some features may be pending or available in higher tiers

You can click “Compare plans” to see a detailed comparison of all available plans and their features.

Billing & Payment

In the Billing and Payment section, you’ll find:

  • Renewal Period: Your subscription billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly)
  • Subscription Start Date: When your current subscription period began
  • Renewal Date: When your subscription will automatically renew

Managing Your Subscription

From this section, you can:

  • Manage Payment Method: Update your payment information, add new cards, or change your default payment method
  • Cancel Subscription: Cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period

⚠️ Important: If you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
