Profile
Your profile page is where you manage your VDClip account. Access it by clicking your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and selecting Profile, or by navigating directly to the profile page.
Profile Sections
The profile page is organized into four tabs accessible from the sidebar on the left.
Account Settings
Update your name, email, phone number, and profile picture. Check your email and phone verification status.
Social Connections
Link your YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. Manage connected platforms, reconnect, or disconnect.
Plan and Credits
View your current plan details, check your credit balance (available and cycle total), browse credit packages, and access the upgrade page.
Security
Change your password and review active sessions. See login details like IP address, browser, and last active time. Revoke sessions you do not recognize.
Accessing Your Profile
Open the user menu
Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Select Profile
Choose Profile from the dropdown menu. You will be taken to the Account tab by default.
Navigate between tabs
Use the sidebar on the left to switch between Account, Connections, Plan, and Security.
Tips and Best Practices
A verified email ensures you receive important notifications about your account, billing changes, and security alerts.
Linking your social platforms from the Connections tab lets you publish directly from VDClip without extra setup later.
Check the Security tab periodically and revoke any sessions you do not recognize to keep your account safe.
Choose a password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters. Update it from the Security tab whenever needed.
